Mark Myrowich was in desperate need for quality staff to work in his manufacturing company, ECBVerdyol, in rural Manitoba, Canada. The opportunity for Ukrainians to obtain a three-year work visa through the Canadian Ukrainian Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) Program was the perfect solution, matching the company’s needs with helping Ukrainians settle in Canada.
With 25 successful placements in Mark’s two factories and news coverage on local TV, something unexpected happened. He realized the quality of Ukrainian talent was much better than expected, and he soon had more people than he needed. When word got out, other business owners asked how he did it and if he could do the same for them.

From this need, Myrowich Staffing Agency was born to get people into the right seats with the right companies in Canada.
Although the CUAET program has ended, our mission remains the same. We continue to work with Ukrainians and individuals from other nationalities, ensuring that businesses in Canada find the skilled workers they need while helping newcomers integrate and thrive in their new communities.
